Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 tbsp for dal : tuar dal


  • 1 tbsp green moong dal


  • 1 tbsp yellow moong dal


  • 1/2 tbsp white urad dal


  • 1/2 tbsp chana dal


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 nos tomato finely chopped)


  • 1 nos onion finely chopped


  • 1 nos ginger grated


  • 2 nos green chilli finely chopped


  • 8-10 nos garlic finely chopped


  • 2 tsp jeera


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1/4 cups chopped coriander


  • 1 pinch astafoetida.


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 tbsp desi ghee..for tempring


  • 1 cups for dough : gehun aata


  • 1/4 cups rawa


  • 2 tbsp besan


  • 1.5 tbsp ghee


  • 2 tsp sauf


  • 2 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 cups water as required

Directions

  • Dal ko saf krke..cooker me pani ke sath dalain.. dal me 6,7 cups ke kareeb pani dalain...Or 1 whistle lga le.
  • Ab isi samay aate ke sare ingredients mix krke firmly aata guth le.
  • Ab guthe hue aate ki dhokli (pithi) bana lain.
  • 1 whistle ke baadh cooker ka lid kholain..isme dhokli dalain...Or beech beech me chlatye hue approx 30-35 minute pakaye,pani kam lage toh or dale.
  • Tadke k liye :Desi ghee garam kr usme jeera,curry leaves,hingh chopped
  • garlic,onion,ginger,tomato,green chilli sab dalkar bhune(mane sabko ek saath chopper me cut kra) saath me hi masala bhi dalein red chilli powder,haldi,namak,garam masala sab dalkar bhune masala jab ghee chod de tab is tadke ko dal dhokli pakne ke baadh usme dal de.
  • Coriander dale.
  • Ready hain majedaar Dal dhokli.
